Classic Elastico movement where the player fakes outward with the outside of the boot then snaps inward.
Tactical Behavior & Mechanics
The Flip Flap (Elastico) allows skill-specialized wingers and attackers to execute an explosive lateral shift. The ball is pushed outside then snapped back inside in a fraction of a second, completely disorienting defenders using manual or automatic Match Up.
Skill Requirement Status
Requires "Flip Flap" Player Skill Trait
A player MUST possess this skill on their individual Player Skills list to perform this animation. If a player does not have this skill learned, inputting this gesture will not trigger the move.
Optimal Tactical Situations
- Isolating full-backs on the wing in 1v1 scenarios
- Cutting inside from the flank toward the penalty arc
- Surprising defenders who expect a cross along the goal line
Execution Tips & Timing
- Requires the Flip Flap skill on the player card.
- Flick diagonally left or right relative to the direction the player is facing.
