Reverse Step Over

Deceptive leg feint over the ball followed by a sudden direction cut opposite to momentum.

Tactical Behavior & Mechanics

The Reverse Step Over is a general touch control feint that does not require a specific Player Skill slot. The player steps over the ball in one direction to bait the opponent into shifting momentum, then immediately cuts back in the opposite direction.

Skill Requirement Status

Universal Movement Feint

This move is available to all players regardless of their Player Skills list. Any player can execute this touch input on mobile.

Optimal Tactical Situations

  • 1v1 situations along the touchline or edge of the box
  • Baiting defenders who are over-committing to your running line
  • Creating half a yard of space for a cross or curling shot

Execution Tips & Timing

  • Execute the input just as the defender steps toward you to maximize their recovery delay.
  • Timing is key: release Dash before flicking backward/opposite.
